Are your items stocked?

We only stock our signature diamond cut series of parts. All other parts are made to order. 

Can I return my custom product?

All sales on custom made products are final. Only exceptions are defective or damaged products upon delivery. Items that are not considered custom can be returned and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

Do you ship world wide?

Yes! We have shipped all over the world. we charge a flat rate in the united states  and international orders may change after payment is received depending on your location. We will contact you If this happens. 

What if my product was shipped to my old address?

We are not responsible for parts being shipped to an old address. It is your job as the buyer to update Paypal information and contact info. You can contact us with a change of address if your Paypal info is not updated. We do not offer refunds on product if this happens. 

What if my package gets lost in mail?

This does happen and we will remake your product at no charge to the customer. 

What is the turn around time on a product?

we usually manufacture your product between 3-4 weeks for powder coated items. Times can vary with how busy the shop is. Chrome products can take up to between 10 - 12 weeks. We do not chrome in house and all of our chrome products are triple plated show chrome. 

What is your product made out of?

Our products are made out of 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum and A36 steel. Other metals are used depending on your custom part needed. 

How are your badges applied?

We use a very strong 3m sticky back tape that is cut to fit the badge exactly to size. It is recommended that you clean the surface with alcohol before applying your custom badges.

Where are you guys located?

We are located near Seattle, WA and we are only open to online customers and do not allow walk-ins at this time.

Derby cover sizing?

2016 - current Harley Davidson touring models use a 7.8 diameter derby cover.

1999-2018 Harley Davidson twin cam motors use 7.2 diameter (Except 2016 and up touring) 

What is contrast cut?

Contrast cut is when a part is powder coated and then put back in the machine to have aluminum cut edges or finish on designs.
